Acrylic on Canvas 2015... Moirai is the Goddess of Fate in Greek mythology. I painted this for a couple that was getting married...It's believed that if one were to see a pair of Jackdaws on their wedding day, it would portend to a fortunate marriage. Dahlias and Peonies symbolize good luck in love in flower symbology....so in it all, there lies their Moirai....
Acrylic on Canvas 2014... "Love Sight" is very literal. When you 'see' with your heart. There are times in life when we color the world and some people innit, witha rosy glow...we put blinders on and pluck out our eyes, replacing it with the eyes of the heart. Your aura is pink, when you feel Love. All kindsa Love really. When one feels compassion for the universe and everything innit, the aura truly vibrates with what you hold in your blessed heart.
Acrylic on Canvas 2013... Love and Kisses was painted quickly. Probably one of my quickest conjured up paintings I've ever conjured up. The original was only 5x7". It's now loved on by a happy love-filled collector...all Lovingly for sure.
Acrylic on Canvas 2013... This painting was created as a talisman for someone who was seeking Love and Companionship. The magic works when you create the balance that these feathered lovelies have achieved. Then we find what we are looking for.
Acrylic on Canvas 2013... The beautiful Sky Lark symbolizes Freedom, Joy, and Hope. Sky Lark (Wound) was painted after I was inspired by an unfortunate event that catapulted a blessed beginning. Not all seemingly bad things are all that bad. Sometimes they're just what we needed the most.
Acrylic on Canvas 2013... A Good Night for beloved bats...The collector just loves them. What's there NOT to love? I ask.
Acrylic on Canvas 2013... Night Doves, was a very personal and sentimental piece I painted for someone who I cared for deeply. He was embarking onna transition from the physical plane to the spirit plane. He had moved into assisted living and needed some beauty and comfort around him during his short stay. So I painted a wall and helped decorate his living space while he transitioned. My adoration and fondness for him is in every part of that canvas. It now belongs to the family of the deceased
Acrylic on Canvas 2012... The Doves were painted with the thoughts of cherished friends and the beauty they hold in their selfless spirits...their hearts literally take flight, and wherever they land, the whole place blooms.
Acrylic on Canvas 2011... This painting was inspired by a sense of togetherness. Speaking of a connection to one another through the unseen. We are all connected to each other and to nature...our environment, our Earth. It's where our Love lies, in the bones.

Acrylic on Masonite 2009... "Tibetan Dragon" was one of six three by three foot Masonite panels that was commissioned me, by a Kung Fu studio, here in the Old Pueblo. All six pieces are now in the studio owner's personal art collection. The Tibetan Dragon was the only image that was specified by the client, as it symbolizes luck and denotes a good reputation.
Acrylic on Masonite 2009... "Koi Yin and Yang" was one of six three by three foot Masonite panels that was commissioned me, by a Kung Fu studio, here in the Old Pueblo. All six pieces are now in the studio owner's personal art collection. The Koi fish swim round each other, one black, one orange...they form the traditional Yin Yang symbol for Harmony and Balance.
Acrylic on Masonite 2009... "Chakras" was one of six three by three foot Masonite panels that was commissioned me, by a Kung Fu studio, here in the Old Pueblo. All six pieces are now in the studio owner's personal art collection. The balancing and opening of the Chi is every spiritual practitioners goal. A healthy balance and calm mind is essential to a healthy body and spirit. Ohmm...
Acrylic on Masonite 2009... "Yin and Yang" was one of six three by three foot Masonite panels that was commissioned me, by a Kung Fu studio, here in the Old Pueblo. All six pieces are now in the studio owner's personal art collection. The traditional, iconic symbol for Balance and Harmony. The Universe seeks it everywhere, in everything, always. Such is the natural way.

~Tan muy apreciada con gran calidez y amabilidad xo
(So very appreciated with tremendous warmth and kindness...)
Nephelomancy
papa stays
in the same house
surrounded by the
things she used to touch
it is all
still in place
I could climb
the stairs right now
pick out a dress
a favorite of hers
bathed in sunlight
from unshuttered room
dance before her mirrors
as it fits me like second skin
her perfume lingers
in bright tones
which seem
an octave higher
even now
this air
belongs to her
a new constitution
announces itself
in crisp whisper
papa keeps crying
he waits for his head
to catch up with his heart
the words
so few
soft as domestic water
they come
as jewels
he says,
her hair was
the colour of fire
a certain summer
he still knows well
he tells me,
if I stare at the sky
send my eyes into the clouds
I’ll know her
she’s in the shapes
hidden there
the secret alphabets
and shifting glyphs
that follow me
I remember her soft lips
brushing over my eyelids
the dream they’d bring
I remember her scars
as I see the contrails
an exaltation of larks
she’s singing now
my eyes bounce
follow her song
waving at the aeroplanes
I feel her crashing
softly
safely
inside.
